Warranty

Your Centurion equine therapy equipment comes with a one (1) year warranty that covers all issues, including labor and replacement parts (inbound shipping excluded).

 

*NOTE: Customer is responsible for 50% of shipping costs for all products and accessories.

 

Additionally, an optional one (1) year warranty extension may be obtained on an annual basis.

Because Centurion therapy equipment is certified as medical or veterinarian equipment, and that any repair must involve a required electronic calibration, Centurion does not sell repair parts or electronics components. However, Centurion does have several accessories, batteries, cables and hoses for sale if those parts were to become damaged and require replacement.

 

*NOTE: Any repair or service work performed by an unauthorized person or company will void the warranty immediately.

 

It is Centurion Medical Corporation 's policy to provide service on Centurion systems within 48 hours of receipt of the equipment at our offices whenever possible. Return shipments will be made by the best available standard shipping method. If a customer wishes to have a higher level of shipping service, they can arrange to have the equipment picked up by their own shipping service or pay the additional cost beyond the normal overnight or best available shipping charges. When sending equipment for service, please allow for shipping time.

 

*NOTE: Unless otherwise specified, always return all parts of the system when sending equipment to our service department. This allows Centurion to check the entire system to determine if there are any additional issues that require service attention.

 

TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE:

First, follow the operating instructions to try to determine the problem. If the problem remains unresolved, refer to the troubleshooting section of your owner's manual for further advice on determining what the problem may be.

Contact your agent or service department and provide the following information:

• Model/type of equipment.

• Serial number of the equipment.

• Complete description of the problem.

• Name, address and contact number of the system owner.

• The company name, address and telephone number if different from those of the owners.
